News from 3rd June to 13th June 2025
We are well into the final 1/2 term of the school year, and we have been busy with learning, trips and residential.
Class 4 last week had a great time on residential. They were a real pleasure to take away. It was great to see their teamwork, excitement and bravery as they took part in a range of activities.
On Tuesday 10th June, a team of Year 5s and a team of Year 6s competed in an athletics event at Launceston college. The children had a great day, and we are thrilled that both teams won the whole competition. Well done and thank you to Miss Hart and Launceston college for organising the day.
Wednesday saw Class 3 explore the Eden Project as part of their learning about rainforests. They really enjoyed their day learning outside of the classroom and were able to make lots of links with their learning.
And today, our bowls team competed in the East Cornwall heat and finished 2nd and 3rd. We wait to see if this is enough to reach the Cornwall finals.
Have a lovely weekend.
