News: 30th January - 6th February 2026
We are halfway through the school year and hopefully upon our return, drier weather will arrive too. The children have been amazing as always. Their learning, effort, enthusiasm and joy, is always fantastic to see and we can't wait to see what the second half of the year brings.
In the last few weeks, the school football team has managed to play four matches, losing one and winning 3. They are playing with such good team-play and always with sportsmanship. Children from Class four also competed in a Launceston College festival, playing 10 games, winning 7 and drawing 3.
The school Lego league team has visited the Cornwall Archives and Exeter RAMM where they have been able to ask the experts all about the difficulties of unearthing history. This will stand them in good stead for the Lego competition next month.
